From northbound I-5
Take the Lakeway exit (Exit 253). Go straight on Potter Street through two intersections. There will be a baseball field with a light blue fence on your left, and the Arne Hanna Aquatic Center on your right. When you reach Orleans Street, turn left (north) and proceed to the Sportsplex.
From southbound I-5
Take the Lakeway exit (Exit 253). Go left (east) on Lakeway under the bridge and go through two sets of stoplights. Continue to Orleans Street, and turn left (north) on Orleans. Continue straight on Orleans to the Sportsplex.

- Cross the border at Lynden/Aldergrove.
- Take Highway 13 north to Highway 1.
- Take Highway 1 West, into the city.
- Go over the Port Mann bridge and look alive. Take Exit 44.
- Follow signs to Lougheed Highway (Highway 7E).
- Go East on Lougheed Highway .1 miles.
- Turn right on United Boulevard and drive .2 miles.
- Turn right on Golden Drive and drive .37 miles to Rocket Way.
- Turn right onto Rocket Way.
- Print this map and follow the arrows. Bring a cell phone so you can call if you get stuck in sight of the damned arena.

- Turn right at the end of the ramp onto 196th Street (heading west)
- Go through lots of lights (approximately 5-10 minutes)
- Go past Hwy #99 (Aurora) through one set of lights
- Sno-King is hidden on the left just past the first set of lights

- Take I-5 south
- Exit onto 405 south
- Exit on 160th St (Exit 22)
- Go east off the exit.
- Turn right on 124th Ave N.E.
- Just past the NE144th street intersection is a strip mall on the left. Take the entrance in front of Tony's (used to be the White Buffalo).
- Stop and have an ice cream cone at Baskin Robbins.
- The rink is on the left side at the far end of the parking lot. It used to be a Safeway, so it looks a bit like a grocery store still.

- Exit on your right onto River Road (Hint: if you go over the Alex Fraser Bridge, you've gone too far)
- Loop around to go under Highway 91
- Turn right at Nordel Court
- Pass under the Highway and look for trolls
- GPF is just past the highway

Directions:*
- Cross the border at the Blaine Truck Crossing.
- Continue straight North until you reach Highway 1 (the Trans-Canada Highway). Get on Highway 1 heading West, toward Vancouver. Sit in traffic.
- When you reach Burnaby, start looking for exits. Take the Kensington Exit and turn right.
- Turn left on Sprott Street. It will be your first left.
- There's an enormous arena there.
